Cute Easter/spring decor

It’s been a while since my last blog post. I wanted to share with you some of my recent decor, since Easter is just around the corner.

This year I kept the Easter decorations to a minimum, and I’m loving the end result so much! I didn’t plan on doing this. However, once I placed my pink bunny vase as the center piece on my kitchen counter, I fell in love with the look. I didn’t want to add anything more, as I didn’t want to take away the spotlight from the vase.

My mom found this vase at a thrift store. The shade of pink is absolutely perfect, and the little, white bunny hugging the vase is so adorable. As a finishing touch, I added some fake flowers that I got last year from the Target Bullseye’s Playground. If you want to see how I used these flowers before, check out my DIY spring wreath from last year.

As always, I also styled my hot cocoa/tea station differently. I placed one of my favorite pink, ceramic canisters, “Tea break,” and a pink tea kettle (both from Home Goods) on the top shelf.

On the bottom shelf, I have a pastel, spring gnome that I made (available in my etsy shop: mybabywolfie).

He matches perfectly with the pastel, hearts mug from Home Goods. The eyelashes mug is from Hobby Lobby.

Next to the mugs, is a white, ceramic bunny with gold ears that I got at Target Bullseye’s Playground last year. I filled it with these adorable carrots that I got at the Dollar Tree.

Since I’m talking about the kitchen, I wanted to share few more of my current favorites. When I think of spring and Easter, I think of pastel colors. Here are few pastel details that I have added as my decor.

First is this macaron bathroom soap dispenser from Burlington that I’m currently using as a dishwashing liquid dispenser in my kitchen.

Next is this cute, pastel kitchen towel that I got on my recent trip to New Orleans. I love the teal and pink houses on it. When I traveled in the past, I used to collect all kinds of souvenirs. Nowadays, I only purchase things of my color palette (light pink and pastels).

I recently spotted at Burlington the cutest minty/pastel mug and had to get it for my boy. How cute is the hedgehog?

Last but not least, I wanted to share with you our little breakfast nook, with a brown table and see-through chairs, all from IKEA. There is also my favorite clock in the whole world in a shape of a heart.
